So, as we move into another year, I have to reflect on the last one. What an amazing experience it was for me...realising three dreams....two I have held for five years......to show my art in a gallery in Toronto....I did that...TWICE!! and to have my own art school....it has been almost a year since that became a reality...hard to imagine...it feels like I have always had my space there........
and.....a new dream was realised...I sang in public....5 gigs and a few jams.....and many ''house jams'' with family ......I am so privileged to have all of this in my life...every day is a wonder to me....and I just set my intention with the Universe and it opens up before me....not necessarily in the way I would imagine....the Universe has bigger plans than I do....so I let go of the details ......
Last night was just another of those wonderful events that unfold.......we were invited to the beautiful 'Rosseau Marriot' in Muskoka to help as 'sound guys'with our friends ''Fleetwood Nicks''.......what an amazing place....a fantastic night and the best possible way to exit one great year into another......I was even asked to bring in the New Year on stage singing''Auld Lang Syne''.......so midnight was a particularly incredible moment........singing from one year into the next......It wasn't Zeppelin but it felt like such a sign of all good things to come.....this year I intend to have more time to express my creativity, artistically and musically.....I am excited to get started......as the opportunities present themselves...I'll be there!!
