Just a peak at some of the paintings from my recent art show ''Inside Out'' at the McKay Gallery last week. Thank you to everyone who came out to support me.....it was a wonderful week of amazing weather, and I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to slow down, greet everyone and ..KNIT!! Happily seated in the backroom each day with my Starbucks coffee, my music and my knitting with various and sundry wools and fabrics.....I was a ''happy camper'' ....our young, talented friend Bre, entertained with her guitar and sultry voice for the reception and again on Sunday,the last day of the show, along with my fabulous Son-in-law, Brent.....the energy was wonderful...and relaxed....colourful and full of joy!What a way to spend a week...and now back to my life...a lot slower now....we bought a house, I had an art show ..and a gig...all in the same week!! Phew!! A lot...even for me, who is used to juggling many balls in the air....I feel so privileged to have such wonderful support for all my endeavours....great friends who show up, enthusiastically and joyfully to share these happy times with me. Thank you!!
