''Take another piece of my heart''...detail ..I am just loving the layers and spontaneous response to being open to the canvas right now....wherever it leads me...I follow....no plan, no concerns about what or why I am creating just the joy of accessing that special place when you let go and trust and believe that there is nothing else but that moment......I was so excited Sunday to have a whole day to paint....I did so for over 8 hours....the most I have painted in one shot for a LONG time.....I have started two large canvases and a small one....I often work on more than one to share the ideas and keep the flow going...... I paint in a flurry of activity and energy and mess....my studio is my haven.... a big space to breathe and experiment...which every canvas is..an experiment in who and where I am that day....I feel so privileged to be able to create.....and to then share that feeling and knowledge with others.....each one of us has that capacity to express our unique experiences through the arts...be it painting, drawing, music, writing, acting....whatever your outlet....express the best of who you are.
